How to make Pavlova cake;

Ingredients for Pavlova Recipe

For Pavlova:

Flux of 3 eggs
1 teaspoon of corn starch
1 teaspoon of vinegar / lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
A little more than half sugar

For cream:

230 gr labne cheese
Half a glass of milk cream
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla

For the above :

Fruit (I used strawberries in the recipe)

Pavlova Recipe Making

For Pavlova, we beat the influx of 3 eggs with a mixer.
When it starts to foam, we add starch, vinegar, salt and vanilla. We beat about 5-6 minutes.
When we get white, we add some sugar and beat them.

Total whisk time is up to 10min. At the end of this period, the egg gets a thick consistency.
We heat the oven to 120 °.

We divide the egg white mixture into equal pieces with sachets or spoons and share them in the greased paper tray.
We pit the center of the back of the spoon.

We cook in a preheated oven for 60 minutes. Then turn off the oven and wait for 45 minutes in the extinguished oven.

We mix all ingredients for labne cream with a mixer and thicken.

We carefully separate Pișen pavlovas from wax paper.
After the Pavlova has cooled, we put the cream evenly over it.
Decorate it with fruit.
