Peach Crumb Cake

Ingredients for Peach Crumb Cake Recipe

For the dough;

280 gr flour
140 g cold butter
40 g cocoa
90 g powdered sugar
1 pack of vanillin sugar
1 egg
1/2 (half) package of baking powder
4 tablespoons of milk

For the cake;

1 kg simple Quark (SEK)
1 juice of lemon
100 g powdered sugar
1 pack of vanilla pudding powder
4 eggs
1 large canned peaches, diced diced

For Crumbs;

120 g butter
25 g dark chocolate
160 gr flour
20 g cocoa
1 flick salt
1 pack of vanillin sugar
120 g sugar

Peach Crumb Cake Recipe Making

Set the oven to 180 degrees.
Melt the butter and dark chocolate slowly for crumbs and allow to cool.

After cooling, mix with flour, salt, vanillin sugar and granulated sugar until crumbs and remove to the refrigerator to cool.

Knead the dough ingredients well and place them in a rectangular, deep mold with greaseproof paper. Drill a few parts with a fork and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the next mixture on the cake. Quark, powdered sugar, lemon juice, vanillin sugar, pudding powder and eggs in a bowl and beat thoroughly.

Spread the Quark mixture on the pastry base that you previously cooked for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the sherbet and chopped peaches and cook for 25 minutes.

Then take the cake out of the oven and spread the chocolate crumbs and bake again for 25-30 minutes. After a few hours in the refrigerator, serve.
