Ingredients for San Sebastian Cheesecake Recipe
4 eggs (at room temperature)
1 cup + 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
600 gr labne cheese
2 tablespoons of flour
400 ml liquid cream

We’re flapping the lab one turn. Then add the sugar and whisk.
We’re beating the eggs one by one. (We’re beating too much unnecessary. In order not to crack.)
Then add the flour and whisk.
We add the latest cream and we whisk very little.
We’re laying handcuffs on greasy paper.
We pour the mixture into it.
We cook in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. The edges are clinging, the middle will swing. (The middle of this cheesecake remains slightly fluid.)
We leave the oven to rest for 45min. Cover must be ajar! Then leave to rest in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours. Enjoy your meal:)
